"As with our last two visits, the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We ate in the Crimson Bar this trip. I had the chicken skewers with peanut sauce and my son had the bacon burger. Both were good and the bartender was friendly and chatty. Our room was on the first floor by an outside door this time. There was a several degree temp difference between our room and the hall - which wasn't bad, just interesting (we kept our room between 64 and 68 degrees). Our room was very quiet and clean, held the temp well, but it was a little stuffy during the day. Once I found that the window opened a few inches, the air felt better. The room was very quiet. There were children and dogs on our hall. If I hadn't seen them, I wouldn't have known they were there. The bathroom is roomy and I love that there is a night light! The water was warm, but the pressure wasn't very strong. I seem to remember more water pressure the last two times we visited. We did have a clogged toilet on our second day. Housekeeping came quickly. The young woman who took care of it was very kind. We will definitely stay at the Pullman Hampton Inn again."
