"The lounge, bistro and restaurant were lovely. Staff were excellent. The food was extremely good. The bedroom was okay, but the decor looked a bit tired. For a four star hotel the the facilities in the room were limited. No spare toilet roll, no shaving mirror and the room itself was a little small. The toilet did not flush that well and the hot water/heating pipes were noisy. "

"The Custom House has a fab location in Padstow. The staff and their service is amazing. The rooms could do with a refurb and there are quite a few steps steps to the rooms. "
