"We would love to stay again, really enjoyed it. Room was comfortable, dinner & breakfast both relaxed and beautifully cooked. Dog freindly, so was great for us. The space is understandibly put aside mostly for diners with tables set up, but the bar area could really do with being larger and more comfy seating. Posh, obnoxious kids took over in the bar which was annoying, but that is not the establishments fault."

The customer service is beyond reproach and there's a friendliness to the staff that is much appreciated. The Cementing meal that I had was wonderful. I had pigeon breast followed by halibut and then cheese board. Also had a nice bottle of Charlie's a glad of port. I'm hoping to make this an annual trip"

"We have had a lovely stay at the Wheatsheaf. The room was perfectly located and equiped with everything we needed. Although, it was cold when we first arrived it soon warmed up. The toilet/water system was very noisy but there was always hot water. The beds were very comfy and provided us with a lovely night's rest."

"Excellent from start to finish Warm welcome from Tim and Robbie. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom spotless and spacious. Very accomodating for our two little dogs (even after one of them was a bit naughty at dinner on Friday). Food was amazing big shout out to the chef Jake, keep enjoying your rugby.
