"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar.
