"Our whole stay was stessful. The photos on the hotels.com website did not reflect the room we got. The air con didn’t work. We changed rooms 3 times. One air con unit flooded near an electricity fuse box unit. Another air con unit was repeatedly noisy. Our sink blocked. The curtains didn’t stretch across the window. We checked out early. Most of the staff were very helpful however and absolutely did their best to help us. And they refunded our final night. "
