"This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."

"I was in town for a tradeshow and needed a spot to park a trailer. Plenty of space to do this the room and outdoor area was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. I will return next time I'm in Phoenix. Maybe with my pup! "

"We have stayed at this casita several times while visiting with granddaughter. The house has everything we need and in a great location.The host made it extra nice with the Christmas decorations placed throughout and house. And thanks for the box of chocolates. They were delicious and a very nice touch."

"The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property."
