"Unique and cool stay. Conveniently located near all the new offerings in Surprise. A quiet and safe street. We sure enjoyed all the rooms -beds were comfortable. Two living areas and a rec room of sorts with a ping pong table. The long kitchen had everything we needed - 3 different kinds of coffee makers! Mike was welcoming and very responsive. And the 3 goats were fun. "

"Not enough towels in room for 4 day stay,had to turn in towels to get fresh ones...issues with TV....resolved...quickly ..very nice staff .."

"Went for spring training. It does have family and adult sections. We did not use the facilities. We were out most everyday. The room was clean, but did have odd switches for lights etc., No cleaning services, per say. But, do not expect in a spa experience. It is located on the edge of Peoria, so if you want to drive into town it take a few moments. Overall I would stay there again if things required it. "

"This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine. "

Early check-in

"I arrived like an hour early. My room was pre-booked. The front clerk dude said i couldn't check in until 3pm. Well, traveled close to 5 hours & was hoping I'd get checked in early. No consideration was given. Hope this place changes their check-in time. I've had other places where i could check in early without no problem. I'll book elsewhere for next trip."
