"While visiting my son who is a student at Penn State we stayed at this lovely home. The house was super clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with everything you need, and the living room was very warm and comfortable. Distance to school wasn't as close as I thought (will need car to go back and forth) but well worth the drive. I will definitely be back!"

"“Easy Street”- exactly! Beyond the obvious gorgeous pictures of the property, the house is well laid out, easy parking, with ability to drive around house, so clean, stocked with all needs, fast communication with owners and location right on the water- it was truly an easy place to be. We look forward to another visit!"

"This is an ideal house in a nice quiet neighborhood of State College. It is spacious and clean. It has a nice living room set up with plenty of seating. It is very close to downtown but far enough away where you aren’t dealing with congestion. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family and hope to stay there again in the future."

"Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied. "

"The property is in a great neighborhood close to Penn State and all State College has to offer. The house was clean and easy to access. The listing indicates the master bedroom contains a king bed, but all beds in the home are queen size. We had some problems connecting to the TV streaming, but the host was very responsive to our questions.There is lots of space for a family (or two) to gather - lots of bedrooms and multiple living room spaces. We had an enjoyable weekend."

"We stayed at this home for the Penn State White Out game. We wanted somewhere close enough to be able to walk to town and the stadium (just over 3 miles), but be in a quieter area. The house turned out to be an absolute gem - it was literally a home away from home. Shannon, the owner, was a delight to rent from - she is so kind and thoughtful and even bought a cake and treats for my birthday. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed to cater for ourselves, plus lots of towels and...
