"Lovely stay at the Turks Head Rothbury. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We were in no. 5 the Garden room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed so comfortable. Very dog friendly. "

"Booked last minute as we needed to break our journey. Arrived at 20.30 hrs. Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. As food was only served till 9pm we put our bags in the room and came down for some food. The menu looked good and what we ordered didnt dissapoint. I especially loved the chips qhich were treble cooked. Our room was clean and fairly basic, in a nice sort of way. The bed was very comfortable, i slept right through the night, so what more can you say about a bed. The breakfast the next morning didn't disappoint.i had Eggs Benedict which was perfect. The staff made us feel welcome, as they were all friendly and helpful both in the evening andvat breakfast time. Would we stay again? Yes, we would have no problems in doing so. "
