We had a bed with 3 rooms which was great for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If I get to return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again! "

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."
