"I just want to say thank you to manager who helped me out during a severe rainstorm and was very helpful with translation as well. My original hotel cancelled my reservation, after I had a calm and restful stay at route inn ekimae. It was meant to be... to stay at a better hotel. "

"I wholeheartedly recommend this onsen to anyone visiting morioka, even if for a couple of nights only. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was the best we had experienced before in any hotel or onsen. We were picked up from the bus stop with a shuttle service run by the hotel, which was fantastic. We had booked the room with the private onsen and it was just perfect. The public onsen is also extremely good The food was delicious also, with their ichibo steak and their ice coffee being very delicious. Definitely recommend!!!"
