"Room recently refurbished although hot and cold taps connected wrong way round but lots of space and comfortable huge bed. Great central situation and close to metro/bus if needed. Shower over bath too low for anyone over 5'2" and also soaks bathroom floor however careful you use it. Phone number on hotels.com not valid and reception not open when stated. Air con also seemed to come on and off as it pleased even when not on auto settings."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location, The room I have is very noisy, the bed was tidy and clean but not comfortable. I booked a room for £125 online but ended up paying £135 at the hotel as the owner has his own change rate. will never stay there again."

"Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "

"First off, great location. Heart of District V and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. at the doorstep. Very touristy area but great access to plenty of sight seeing. The room is tucked away where you get quiet. Good room for bare minimum needs. However, we went in a nice heat wave and there’s no AC in the room. No breeze as the room is tucked inside a building. WiFi was not working and our signal was weak in the interior. One towel for your stay and no cleaning. Other than that, I...

"Spacious and cheap accomondation. No air conditioning, quite newly renovated but still some faults. We we're promised a baby bed but it wasn't in our room upon arrival. Luckily the staff was still able to provide it even it was late evening. No proper coffee machine, quite few kitchenware, broken floor lamp, quite noisy since located close to main street. "This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. NO hot water, NO wifi, the place was absolutely filthy dirty, smelly. There was no towels provided to begin with. The picture and description of this place is nothing like what it is in real life. NO toilet paper. There was groups of men in and out everyday downstairs. Couldn't even have a shower ...no hot water. We had to leave the place... it was making us sick. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE"

"Apartment is in a great location with lots of good restaurants and bars around and within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see and do. It was generally clean with comfy beds and sofa but there were a few things which need attention. One of the shower doors was loose and a few areas in the bathroom and kitchen were not quite as clean as the rest. Still, we were generally hapoy with our stay."

Brilliant!

"A warm, friendly stay! It was cosy inside (ideal after exploring the Christmas markets), staff were helpful and always available to answer queries. Great location to explore the city centre, local tourist attractions including the riverfront and close to the airport shuttle bus stops (all within walking distance). I would highly recommend to all! Looking forward to my next visit already. "
