"The gentelmen who worked on the 2nd and 5th were so polite and helpful. The first gentelmen (my first day) was very understanding and flexible- I showed up a day late, tired, hungry, and without proper payment and he trusted me to do the right thing (and I did). He took the time to reccommend places to see and where to eat (he was right!) and I was able to make the best of my trip.
