"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"A great location. Very convenient for shops, restaurants, sight-seeing. Easy access to No 1 Vaporetto so convenient for going to all parts of the city. The booklet supplied - with details of shops, restaurants, attractions etc for each sestiere - is very useful. The maps and details of recycling arrangements are good, though as we informed your representative some of the recycling times are wrong. "We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!).
