"Apartment was spotless and lots of thoughtful touches including treats for our dog. We stayed during warm weather and a fan in the apartment would have been greatly appreciated. Shame about the noisy neighbours on the first night and during the second night we could hear a bird or something moving around in the loft area, however we would definitely recommend and return here as its an ideal base for Rutland Water and very dog friendly! "
