"This is a lovely spacious 3 bedroom barn, nicely decorated and has everything you need inside, I can't recommended this place highly enough."

"Lovely property, very spacious. Can make sure the dog mess is cleared from the lawn. We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. On the information it states you don’t have to leave until 10.30. "

"This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....

"Fun, quirky and comfortable accommodation. Travelling back home from a walking holiday with our dog. Wanted to break the journey and explore the local area a little. This cosy hideaway was perfect and ideal for us."

"The venue was perfect for a group of 12 women, with sufficient rooms and lots of different living space for different activities. We had a fab time and made the most of the house and garden including the tennis court and lake! Would highly recommend"

"Stayed for a few days after Christmas. Ages from 7 to 68, and all felt comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Able to cook large roast dinner. Smaller oven a little difficult to access but can be done. Hot tub loved by all. Microwave, games machine, large Tv all available. Large enclosed garden. Owner reply’s to enquiries almost immediately. Excellent service. Thank you very much."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rectory Farm for the Christmas Holidays. We stayed in the two bedroom loft which was perfect for our family. We saw some fantastic wildlife including a badger, ducks, birds and loved the rolling green English countryside."

"The property has a high standard, there are a few things however that could be improved on. Wardrobe space is sadly lacking and could be placed on the landing. Also a chair in the bedroom. Please dont be so stringy with the toilet rolls. Willprobably"

"Really beautiful house, and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay - all the little things had been thought about. The renovation of the barn has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features on the old building. Great hosts, on hand for anything you need. Would recommend. "
