"My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Great experience and will stay here again when in Paris."

"This was the perfect spot to be. So close to everything you want to do. Easy taxi ride from the airport. There is a great boulangerie and Carrefour just around the corner. Thankful for the black out curtains as it didn't get dark till almost 10:00. The noise from the children in the school next door was not a problem as I was out most of the day. Although it was an adventure to navigate to get to the center of Paris, we were lucky that we got to stay in a safe, family oriented neighborhood that offered a lot of amenities nearby within a short, walking distance, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, and some great little stores. "Our family had a lovely stay here this Spring. Walkable to so many cafés and shops, and not to mention the view of the Eiffel Tower. The home is comfortable, equipped with amenities, and accessible. Emmanuel is a lovely host!"

"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). "The cleanest and friendliest hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to cater to my every need. They went over and above to see that I had the most comfortable stay possible. Many things like practising saying my complicated surname to make sure they pronounced it correctly and surprising me with a bottle of wine in my room for my birthday. The best hotel I’ve stayed in abroad and I will be staying again on my return to Paris. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic. "
