"The staff were amazing and friendly. We were there for a funeral and had the celebration at the hotel after, they made the arrangements so easy in a hard time. The onsite pub/restaurant had great food at a decent price. The cleaning attendants did a great job on daily service. The only thing I felt was lacking was an in room safe, when travelling from out of country, it would be great for price of mind. "

"Great location in a very peaceful area only a short drive to the Whitby park and ride. Superb breakfast and very good choice of meals of an evening. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, making us and our little dog very comfortable."

"Room 386 is classed accessible but it is furthest from reception and the lift. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the ridiculous distance from the lift. "
