"Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

"The property was ideally located for the station and was a great space which was incredibly clean. The service wasn’t great - our TV was broken and despite being told it would be fixed wasn’t. Our cases weren’t stored on the last day and we had a battle getting the broken kettle replaced."

"The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive."

"Great location in central Milan, conveniently located next to Cadorna train station. The apartment itself faces into an internal courtyard so letting light into the studio does come at the cost of some privacy as there are no other windows. The bed was relatively hard but not entirely uncomfortable. The small kitchen area was well equipped and had everything you could need from a studio such as this in the city."

Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. "Everything about the property was wonderful. The only difficult thing was actually finding the door to go in. There is no sign other than a 1x2 inch sign on the placard beside the gate/door. It looks like a name marker on an apartment building. The room, service,and information provided by the hostess were excellent."

"The apartment is 10 minutes from central station. Strict with the check in, should be 3pm as no one is in the office beforehand. Lift is too small going to your room but it’s still okay. Room looks old but clean spacious. Bed linens looks old, faded color but clean. Supplies of towels are not enough for 3 people for 5 days use. There’s no spare blankets. "This was a gem of a spot that filled our need for one night. It was in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to keep our luggage there after check out. The elevator is tiny (from 1930's) but we didn't have much luggage. Rooms were well furnished, clean, and it was nice to have coffee/tea available. They had earplugs available but we weren't bothered by the street noise. Would stay there again! "

"Great location-handy to Milan central station, good restaurants around (we used the Chinese). Handy to metro and trams. Weather was freezing outside but unit was warm and comfortable. Interaction with company all by email. Not something I’m used to or comfortable with, but it worked perfectly. "
