"Very disappointed. Booked the hotel but room wasn’t in a hostel 2 floors down. Building is in terrible shape. Room was not what we booked. Photos are misleading, they show you’ll get a balcony and a certain layout, you don’t. Room and hotel smelt like an ashtray. No blankets given. Advised them of all the issues, answers given were ridiculous. When asking for a blanket the response was ‘we don’t have blankets, no one asks for blankets but I’ll do you a favour and bring you a duvet cover to use...

"Great place to stay we arrived late and I did a mistake during booking I closed wrong day . Staff were very professional they resolved issue in no time . Rooms are very clean and stylish the view from our room was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us they even had milk ready for my daughter.
