"Everything is perfect about this hôtel. May be the price is a bit too high. Location is perfect flr the airport or for an event. They have a supernice pool, so very few people use it because it is too cold at this time of the year (november). Heated pool would be great."

"We LOVED this hotel. It had a wonderful view of the pyramids from the balcony at day and night. The breakfast was nice and so was dinner. The staff was absolutely fantastic and our driver was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only bad thing I could think of was the wifi was not very good in the room, other than that 10/10"

"I recently stayed at Mena House, a hotel known for its outstanding service, which is why I was surprised by a disappointing experience with one of the garage security staff members. The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. Additionally, after making me pay for parking, he handed me a piece of paper instead of an official receipt. Aside from this issue, I must say that the rest of the staff I interacted with inside the hotel were friendly, respectful, and attentive, meeting the high standards Mena House is known for. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure that every part of the hotel experience remains as professional as expected. "

"Fantastic stay, wonderful staff"

"Staff in hotel were really good and freindly. Very helpful . We had a pyramid veiw room and view was fab. Room spacious enough but only had a shower in it which was ok for us. Breakfast limited as wasnt much fruits, or croissants as youd expect from continental. But overall its a great hotel in easy location from giza pyramids. Only a 5 mins walk to pyramids. Gave us water as we wanted, and treated is very well. We would stay here again and recommend to people. Only bad side is theres beggars all around area which does detract from area but not in hotels. Also lots of stray dogs and cats but they are all ok and leave people alone. The shop owners feed them and they are mostly well fed . "
