"This tiny studio apartment is in a very cool turn of the century apartment building in Montparnasse. It is very small but cozy and almost right across the street frm the Gare Montparnasse. There is a grocery store a couple of doors down and so many sidewalk cafes, theaters, shops, bakeries in the easily walkable neighborhood. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower."

"Check in and out was easy. Our apartment was a 2-3 minute walk to metro, grocery, restaurants. Bakery was across the street. Host was very helpful with allowing us to check in early. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was large. Host helped us with getting cab for 4 a.m. pickup. Neighborhood was fairly quiet considering it is in the city."

"This little apartment perfectly suited my needs, considering that I was by myself. It could be a bit tight for a couple, but certainly doable. It was clean and neat, as described, and had all the appliances I needed. There were some supplies (laundry detergent, toilet paper) that I needed and after I called Paul, he was there in 15 minutes. He's very responsive and accommodating. The loft bed requires using the ladder, which was no issue for me, but might pose a problem for an older person...

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet building. The apartment was lovely, and communication with the manager easy with very detailed & fast responses when needed. For tall people, just be aware that the upper rooms are low-ceilinged. Not a problem for me or spouse at 5 ft and 5.5 ft - but challenging for anyone over 5’9 or so. "Rooftop terrace was outstanding; watched the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur light up every night. Good location, near metro, and steps away from Passages de Panoramas. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Worked well for two couples."
