"We stayed in the 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on first floor. Very spacious and enough storage. Everything provided for our 5 day stay, except for a kettle! I would advise emptying the kitchen bin after a few days as given the heat, ants aim for leftover food. The area was very convenient to get about Valencia either walking or by metro - same line as Airport. Staff very helpful and responsive."

"Although we’ve preferred to stay closer to the center of the city, this is a great option and conveniently located around the Ciutat de las Ciencias. The apartment was comfortable, packed with plenty of goods and very much comfortable for our family of 4. We rented a car, and there was plenty of parking spots around it. "

"Fabulous apartment finished in quality furnishings, apartment was very quiet at night,ideal area for visiting old Valencia close to museums, interesting buildings and restaurants,not suitable for the beach area but local transport is close by if needed to visit."

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "
