"Rich gave us an upgrade at no additional charge due to a plumbing problem that he found prior to our arrival at the original location. The barn (upgrade) had an amazing view from the patio and we felt we were somewhere special. The barn was decorated beautifully and we could see stars through the many windows. "

"Spent a couple of days at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and wanted a place close by. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and the communications with Zyad. He was very responsive and his suggestions on places to visit and eat were terrific. The place was very clean and the added touches like coffee pods, creamers and snacks were greatly appreciated. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We would definitely stay again."
