"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

"This is a great place for three couples with age 6+ kids, the kids dorm room is in an outhouse which isn’t clear by the pictures and Younger children might struggle - it’s also mid construction still so needs a bit of finishing off. The main house is really great, comfy beds and a good kitchen with everything you need even for enthusiastic chefs. The internet is choppy, so if you need a good continuous connection, this is not the place for you - good for a tech detox. Also, bring the mosquito...

"The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by."

"Sehr angenehme und kühle Wohnung. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Pool war sehr angenehm und sauber und auch zu 4 gleichzeitig gut zu benutzen. Bäckerei und Geschäfte nur 50 m von der Wohnung. Kleines minus zu 5 Personen gerade groß genug zu 6 denke ich schon sehr eng, vor allem zum Schlafen. Im großen und ganzen alle sehr zufrieden Für maximal 5 Personen sehr zu empfehlen."

"Jeff kept in communication, offering advice where necessary. Very good pool (children & adults loved it) and outdoor living/dining areas. Pool had cleaning robot, which kept kids occupied! Spacious inside lounge/dining/kitchen areas. Property quite secure. On first entering residential site we were surprised at the poor grounds maintenance (site of a now closed restaurant). Some of the furniture inside and outside looked tired and some door fittings needed repair. Wi-fi weak. Limited...

"We stayed in Nellys lovely house in Frontignan for two weeks, the house was lovely and clean when we arrived and was very spacious. The house is in a good location, there are three supermarkets within walking distance and the beach is only a short drive away. Nelly was very good a getting back to our calls and messages should we need anything."

An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering."

"This is a beautiful, fully-equipped property with a wonderful location just a block from the beach and with easy access to the center of the city. Mickael, the on-site property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as described in the posting and we had use of bicycles, beach equipment, and many other amenities. If we lived closer, we would come back more often."
