"Absolutely adored our stay here! First you arrive at the sister hotel around the corner and check in. From there a bellhop will bring your bags to Cashina. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues please take that into consideration. As you walk into the hotel you a greeted with an aroma of florals mixed with fresh laundry. "Stayed here for 5 nights recently during our trip to Lisbon. This hotel is an excellent location which is very convenient to walk around or to find a taxi. There are lot of nice restaurants within walkable distance to this place. This looks like an older building which was refurbished and modernized. "Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de todo. En nuestro caso despedimos el año en la Plaza del Comercio y en minutos llegamos caminando al hotel. Muy cerca de la estacion del tren Baixa. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor y el elevador de Santa Justa justo al doblar la calle. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero eso no nos afectó en nada. El cuarto con balcón y vista a la ciudad es excelente. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron recomendaciones para restaurantes....

"I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to kettle and microwave. There were cups, plates etc to use. The check in was confusing. No instructions sent on how to get in through the main door. Main door was locked. Reception on 3rd floor so they had no idea we were there trying to access the property. Got in because one of the tenants came out through the front door and let us in. Was a bit stressful "

"We loved our stay at Upon Lisbon! The hotel is perfectly located next to the Benfica stadium which makes it very easy if you are attending a game. The hotel is a little farther from the city, so if you want a more central hotel don’t choose this one. Overall, I really loved the hotel and would stay again! "

"Overall, a pleasant stay here. All new amenities were in the apartment as well as regular cleaning if required. Drains sometimes had a smell but covering them seemed to stop it. "

"My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage."

I recommend it.

"The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling."
