The hotel is styled very well with an industrial feel and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was very convenient. We had a great stay, in a very nice room, that was made better by the people. "We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, during the parade, all the staff were welcoming, calm and helpful. They did not seem ruffled at all by the amount of guests in their lobby. It really made the day enjoyable and stress free. Their customer service is on point! "
