"The perfect spot to see all the major spots in Florence. We had a view of the Duomo from our room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating when we are early. They let us lounge for a bit and have an espresso. They also held our luggage while we wondered the city. And they even had everything in our room when we came back later in the day. Everyone was just lovely."

"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

"After a little confusion finding the right floor of the building (it's on the second floor), Lorenzo was wonderful and gave very clear instructions about the property and the area. Our room was good sized and the bathroom large but the shower small. It’s an older building but in a great location (just a block from The Medici Chapel) with lots around and easy walks to the train and bus stations. Also close to a self-service laundry mat. "

"This property fit our needs as it was within walking distance to the Duomo and other sites. The breakfast was nice and adequate. We loved the view from the rooftop. Our room was clean and comfy. The service was good and he even carried our luggage up/downstairs for us. Overall satisfied. Only recommendations is they need new pillows as they were really flat and if you don’t like stairs there is no lift like most buildings in Italy."
