"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. "The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"We Loved this Apartment, we stayed for 4 nights and it was nice and quiet. The neighbourhood was safe, we loved the location with the spanish steps so close. We appreciated the fresh water on the fridge and the prosecco 💖 Toiletterie and cleaning was provided. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable sofá bed, not suitable for an adult, but my kid was comfortable so it was ok! Just so you know, there are three set of stairs, because its on the 3rd floor, and the elevador wasnt working,...

"Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again."

"The Hotel Universo was clean, staff were very helpful, and location was great. The hotel was close to main transportation hub, Termini Station. Also there were several good places to eat within the blocks surrounding the hotel. I would recommend this hotel."

"My wife and I spend some time at citizen my across the world! We spend most than 80 night per year in hotel and citizen my are now our go too for business or vacation. We sleep well ... So we'll ! Soundproof room. And every thing you need to make a comfy stay I just wish their breakfast were more affordable but it's the best hotel chain !"
