"Overall a decent stay. The room seemed a little older than in pictures. The beds were a little firm, but something you notice when traveling to Europe. The location was perfect as it was central, but just outside of heavy traffic and tourism. Everything was within a reasonable walking distance or easy uber ride. Anything provided in the room is all you get; toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning, etc. so if you use it all in the first day you must get your own. They provided us extra toilet paper as...

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is perfect for walking, shopping and dining, and very close to public transportation. Many grocery stores are nearby and the Mercato Trionfale is down the street. "Nice property. Nice neighborhood. Beds are firm, showers are small. Loved the heated floor. Worked really well for our family. Would stay again."

"Great central property within walking distance ( some may take 20 min or so) of key sites. Near good restaurants and taxi rank. When coming back to Rome this would be the area I would look to stay if seeing the sites. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend."

"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"From the property, the Colosseum is visible. Large rooms very comfortable property. The unit is on the 6th floor. Sometimes the water pressure is low with limited hot water. The host is great and responds quickly. We had an afternoon flight, and they stored our luggage for several hours. Excellent customer service. "

"This spot was an excellent spot to be. Out the door and to so many restaurants, close to Piazzaz and many site. Mirella was so kind and available to show us the apartment and answer our questions. This rental was very nice for my husband and I to be able to spread out after a couple of days in a hotel (and needing some breathing room!) We didn't end up cooking when in Rome, but the apartment was well equiped and lovely! Thank you!"

The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"The location was clean, we were allowed to parking and the host was quite ready to answer and quite receptive, but there was a problem: hot water was not available because there was a problem with the heater. The location is far away from the downtown and no hot tube available!"

"We were a party of 4 friends spending a long weekend in Rome and looking for a 4 bedroom apartment. One bedroom is very spacious with a cosy en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller with a shared bathroom but everyone was comfortable. The apartment is a 25 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in central Trasteverre although there are nearer restaurants along the main road. "The property is in a perfect location, so close to everything. My only issue was the check in process. Every VRBO I’ve stayed in had a way to access the property without having to be let in. Our flight was late and I felt such pressure to hurry. Because we were late we paid an additional 20euro. Should be able to check in anytime without penalty. Not my problem they don’t have access. Also advertised 1 bedroom and it’s actually one room with an open bookcase between. "

"By the name of this hotel I should’ve known it was going to be a hotel with no lobby. You check in and out outdoors. The walk to our trailer was very long. If I had the chance to do this stay over again, I wouldn’t stay here."
