The hotel is so cosily decorated and Roberto and Vittoria give you true Italian family hospitality - you feel like part of the family and you’re given a great introduction to Montepulciano with a drive around with Roberto when you first arrive. Roberto and Vittoria were also so kind with our 9 month old baby, who utterly adored them. Vittoria’s breakfast cakes are divine too!! "

"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"Had a very enjoyable stay at La Rocca. Staff was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant every morning was very nice. Took a cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also did a wine tasting and enjoyed it as well. "

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"
