"The owners were very responsive to questions and as helpful as can be. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Conveniently located but a bit further out of the center than expected. Really need a car from this location as public transit is not frequent. Limited self serve breakfast."

"Von den drei in Italien von uns angefahrenen Hotels das zweitbeste! Wir können es nur empfehlen! Auch Hundebesitzern (wir mit Dalmatinerin, 7 Jahre alt). Auf dem Weg nach Brinidisi zur GR-Fähre nächstes Jahr möchten wir unbedingt wieder hier einchecken! "Like in the Spinal Tap movie, if I could give this property a 6 for everything I would have. Beautiful location with view of olive groves up a hill on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Nice, clean, modern, comfortable. Best breakfast we have had so far on this trip. The managers Federica and Guiseppe were so accomodating and wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in this area. Grazie mille,...

"We made last minute reservations on a winter night and the owner met us in very friendly way at the entrance. He was helpful and very nice and approachable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Good WiFi. Breakfast ok. "

"Super clean and quiet B&B in a residential area of Pescara. Our hosts were very responsive, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book again. It's helpful to have a car, as the B&B is a bit off the beaten path. You will have your own parking spot behind a locked gate, which was very reassuring for us. Highly recommended!"
