"Great experience, great location, great accommodations, awesome view from the sky lounge terrace, comfortable beds and excellent service.The breakfast is good and has a good assortment of choices to get you going until lunch time or further. The a la cart menu has a variety of meats and drinks at affordable prices. Very happy overall and would recommend it without a doubt. Yuri the room attendant was very professional, respectful and friendly. Alexa the breakfast hostess was very attentive and always say hello with a smile. even follow up with a random question i had the first time i met her. Sebastian and Luis the restaurant servers were very helpful and making sure everybody was being taken care of. The bell staff was friendly and helpful (sorry, i don't remember their names). I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pereira. Hope to see you soon."

"The place in general is kept in good condition. The staff is very attentive and nice; the buffet breakfast has a good variety and the good at the restaurant is good and the price are very affordable. We had a great time and we really recomend the place."
