"Location and communication were good"

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

"It is a room in the house with private bathroom. Its ok to sleep and go,clean enough . The check in was difficult. The phone numbers provuded at the entrance were outdated. You have to contact the owner at least a day before and plann accordingly. I was traveling by carand it waanot convenient as all the trip was a discovery for us and we didnt know where and when we would stop for longer time."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very stylish and functional. Communication was good and check-in was easy. One small complaint, not the fault of property, is that it is situated next to a bakery which starts working very early. Probably not an issue with all suites. Once we figured out, went back to sleep."

"This place was unique. Walkable to local restaurants so you get to eat like locals, get a gelato , maybe from Argentinos, but homemade! Park in the street. Maria Gli was very communicate with us. Room is clean, cute, safe and quiet sleep! Very good experience for a fam. with kids. I definitely recommend this option for a budget and want to explore “local” more than a typical tourist."

"This was a good room for our overnight in Pisa. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Morning breakfast was extra but good offering and cost compared to what we would've paid at a restaurant. Parking is the only downside. It was an eleven minute walk to a parking lot near the house."

After a day I realized that, but then the remote had no effect in setting temperature, etc. I sweated every evening. The noise outside prevented me from leaving the window open. There was no cleaning service. Only once did someone come to empty the trash basket and removed a used towel. Two tiny soaps and two packets of shampoo. I had to go out and...

"A cozy and quiet suite for three nites in the heart of historic Lucca. Perfetto! Cool December nites were no match for our cozy room. The bed and bedding made for great slumber, and the hot shower was welcomed after long days of exploring and dining. A separate room for lounging over a cup of tea was welcomed too. 77 steps up to our suite were not a problem for us ( both seniors) but for anyone with mobility issues it would not be suitable. (The young host did kindly offer to carry our bags.)...
