"We loved everything about our stay here. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, cleaned every day, and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was a delicious buffet every day. Ilana the owner was helpful with anything you needed, from laundry, to restaurants or car troubles. The view from the rooms was outstanding."

"Reservierung lag bei Ankunft nicht vor. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht kompetent. Sprach überhaupt keine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl,dass sie es nicht wollte. Bekamen nicht das Zimmer,was wir wollten. Wollte sogar Feiertagszuschlag kassieren +20€. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch.Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbefall. Konnte kaum schlafen,da noch weit nach Mitternacht laut auf dem Flur diskutiert wurde. Frühstück war das Schlechteste während unserer ganzen...

"Deludente e squallido è dire poco. Abbiamo “soggiornato” in questo posto ,che si fa chiamare Hotel Terme che di hotel e di terme non ha nulla,per fortuna solo una notte. Abbiamo prenotato su Expedia pagando la stanza e prima colazione 125,50€ in due, ho chiamato per aver conferma dell’avvenuto soggiorno e tra le tante cose che ho chiesto alla signora non ha accennato ad alcun supplemento da pagare in loco per quanto riguarda l’entrata in una “piscinetta” di 15€ a persona. "Arrived at the hotel only to find the hotel had been closed since February, despite taking payment from me and sending email correspondence directly from the hotel. Hotels.com we’re utterly useless is helping resolve this so I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Avoid this hotel."
