It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. The property was well disposed and allowed us to enjoy a three generation stay for some of our visit without feeling any pressure on the space. Various locations (Canelli, Stefano Belbo, Agliano, Moasca) are all within 5mls with all necessary facilities and services. A sufficiency of ristorante/agriturismi are scattered among the local countryside and small supermarket nearby with larger concern in Costigliole, 7kms away. "Well maintained & clean apartment. Nice outdoor patio and underground garage parking. We had our breakfast there every morning. Not much is supplied for pantry items. Margherita is responsive & very nice! Would highly recommend Il Ritrovo Del Giosi restaurant. 20 min away. Beautiful drive there, outstanding views, & delicious meal!"
