Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!"

"The property itself is very nicely renovated and has a high quality touch and feel. Castino is nicely located to explore the Langhe. However, after renting holiday properties for almost 15 years we dare say that this one has let us down in several aspects. First and foremost it is not equipped sufficiently to serve 4 adults leave alone the 8 advertised. I.e. we only found a 2 cup Bialetti Mokka maker and a 4 cup filter coffee maker in the entire house; there were only 4 big coffee mugs for all...
