"This was a great pick even off season. Chose as adults only which obviously makes a difference in itself. Beautiful gardens, staff all very attentive and friendly and restaurant and bar area make you want to eat and drink in. The pool area needed some renovation and the sauna wasn't working when I was there."

"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "Great stay and amazing location next to the beach, with close amenities. Great breakfast and pool areas with lovely views. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing to watch is it is large hotel where some rooms do not have nice views/are not refurbed to quite the same spec as photos- shout out to Santiago who was very understanding of this but just a note for some feedback.
