"Spectacular luxury stay with unbelievable view!!! Great service, comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved this place. Quick walk up the many stairs to Ravello town center and Casa Rufolo. A real treat to stay here. Had breakfast on our patio. "

"Our stay was fantastic. Geraldo and the staff at villa Orleans are incredible and kind. We drove to Villa Orleans and Geraldo was waiting on the side of the main road to great us. He showed us where everything was and the best ways to get around. We arrived later in the evening and he offered to take me to the nearby grocery store to get some food. The property is beautiful and diverse. We spent a day in Amalfi and a day just relaxing at the villa. Even with the rain we had it was still comfy...

"A unique type of "hotel". The room concept with a shared kitchen was great. You received biscuits and coffee but the equipment to have your own breakfast as well as space in a common fridge. Room was spacious with a view of the sea and private balconies. A great concept that suited our needs. Host was amazing."

"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"Our room was nice and clean and conveniently located for walking. There was also an onsite manager to greet us and was available as needed. A pastry and coffee was included at a nearby cafe which was nice. For a city stay this was a good place for us to stay."

"The property was very close to harbor walking areas, train station and shops and restaurants...VERY convenient."

"Property has an excellent location. Beautiful large balcony. Room was clean. Has coffee maker and kettle. Bed comfortable, plenty of bath towels with roomy bathroom. We arrived in the evening, found hotel though had issue finding where to check in and having to wait for reception to show up. Employees were friendly and polite. Otherwise would recommend highly to stay here. "
