"Overall it is a good place to stay, you are right on the river, though there is not access to the river. I would have liked to give the house four stars but there were a few problems. The house had no bath for our toddler which should be noted in the listing. Also, a few niggling problems that were small but annoying. "My wife and I really enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful 70 degree weather.The Rio Grande River was just a short walk from the cabin, and the Aspen foliage was glorious. We saw deer and wildlife while sipping coffee sitting on the front porch. The Host, Karen, was wonderful to work with and the communication was excellent. "

"This was a fun trip for myself, and my six children, and some of them even have children of their own play Stadium, the majority of the time and enjoy each other’s company while cooking eating and having fun."

"Stayed here with 3 families and a total of 5 kids. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. Loved the area for snowmobile riding, and playing in the snow. I gave the cleanliness of the house only 2 stars and that was generous, because there was spider webs everywhere, door frames/fans etc and dust in the corners. The “full kitchen” needs updated as far as cooking pots/pans and dishes. Also there was food/condiments/drinks left in the fridge/freezer. Not clean at all. But all that...

It was extremely quiet, as it was during the week just after labor day -- only one other tent was occupied, which made it relaxing but also a little scary!
