However, there were many broken or non functioning aspects (outdoor lights, dishwasher, umbrellas, outdoor chairs..). We were able to fix several and it did not overly impact our stay. I cook most nights and the house has an excellent well furnished kitchen. Geyserville has some wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms. This made it trying especially since we were travelling with small children, but the property manager did everything they could to help.
