"Well located with beach, restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Buses practically at your doorstep to get around to other areas. Property was well equipped. Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. The entrance to building is on sensors for lights and they were a bit slow so often fumbling in...

"Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

"Good location located close to the beaches but far enough from the clubs. But can still be loud on the streets from time to time late at night. Very roomy apartment and hosts are excellent. Close to everything you could want or need in walking distance."

"My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable, missing like a kettle, the rest was good!! cleanliness excellente, bed sheet very clean i was quite impressed. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool.
