"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"It was a disappointment that the pool was closed when we arrived. This was the attraction for me to book this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. Highly recommend the dinner here. Breakfast we found very underwhelming. No honey left. no yoghurt left, only a few pieces of bread available. Choice of cornflakes or chocolate flakes. "Great little hotel ten minute walk from the Piazza Bologna Metro stop in Rome. Very quiet spot on Nomentana. Good little restaurant in the hotel. Staff available desk staff available 24/7. Will be staying here again. "

"La reception è stata pessima. E' dovuta intervenire la proprietaria per risolvere. Abbiamo pagato online e la persona che era alla reception non voleva farci entrare, nonostante avessimo la ricevuta di pagamento (e lo abbiamo anche avvertito diverse ore prima di arrivare!)."

"Bed & Breakfast - is just that. It's rooms in a building that's under construction. Room was not as pictured on website. Bit run down, not as clean as I hoped, but acceptable. Towels have to be used for 3 days and you did have a private bathroom. A/C programmed so you can't make it cooler. Lift very tiny. You need several keys - one to get in building, one to get onto the floor that has rooms and one to get into room. Breakfast is coffee, a pastry and juice served when you were ready. ...

"Al inicio la zona no parece muy segura por los grafitis, pero luego nos dimos cuenta que era bien segura incluso para salir en la noche hay varios sitios cercanos para comer o tomar algo. La comunicación con el encargado fue súper rápido y también fue súper amable.
