"Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. Maria and her team provided an exceptional, personalized experience including a tour describing the history of the Castle's beautifully restored spaces with extensive murals and tapestries. Perfect balance of being submerged in history with all of the modern comforts and conveniences. "

"Nice hotel and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good , lots of choices. The hotel is a little isolated which was ok for us. We walked to some of the main attractions and the desk staff were able to direct us to some good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some upgrades."

"The property was in an area with many restaurants /bakeries and a grocery store nearby so made it convenient for us. The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge. I had to youtube how to use the washer/dryer...which is quite loud and takes a long time to do one load. The place is not near a train station so we had a taxi pick us up daily if we were in a rush or didn't want to waste the...
