"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...

I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre.
