"Our family (10 of us) loved our stay. The house was really well equipped and such an interesting building. There were lots of places to sit and relax whilst the kids could play games or swim. The night skies are magic to gaze at from the terrace. Lots of historical places to visit too. "

The kitchen is great for cooking large family meals and there is plenty of seating availability for indoor and outdoor dining. "We were a group of 7, My husband and I along with our four children and one of their girlfriends. Charles was a very attentive host. He met us personally and showed us to the house (despite our very late unfortunate arrival) The pictures of the house are wonderful but do not do enough justice. For people who it may be important to, due to location the wifi was not consistent. The pool was wonderful to relax in and the hot tub and the room it is situated in was fabulous. "The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."
