"Shower/tub needs to be fixed. Shower head had built up dirt and water did not come out of all holes. The spout is not connected to the wall. Ottoman was dirty and fabric coming off. When using elevators, you could see the dirt and missing paint on the walls and ground of elevator. The employees were friendly and helpful. "

"We came for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay! Service was excellent, room comfortable, clean and renovated. The woman who checked us in was exceptional in her customer service and check-in was a breeze! Of note is that they do require a $50 deposit; I wish this were disclosed in a more transparent way upon reservation but this did not affect our experience here and we would highly recommend staying here!
