"The stay was good overall. Quiet and convenient. My only gripe is the uncomfortable bed. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, I sure that bed upgrades are include. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase a mattress for the remainder of my stay. My back couldn’t take it anymore. Perhaps this will be my last stay at this hotel. "

"When we needed to switch to a 2 bedroom due to my partners cough (and my snoring) staff upgraded and switched us for no extra cost and with good grace. The new room even had a fireplace! Staff gets five stars."
