This vintage 1980’s post modern beach house, is bright, clean and airy. This is FAMILY HOME available for MATURE, CONSIDERATE GUESTS 32+ YEARS OF AGE. Photo of booking guest driver license is required when booking. This is NOT a party house; loud music, loud voices and smoking are prohibited on the property. Five bedrooms sleep a TOTAL of 7 guests. Three of the bedrooms have private balcony decks designed to hold ONE ADULT AT A TIME, children MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED. The large main deck is outfitted with dining furniture and seating. The newly finished basement offers recreational space with TV, sitting area, wet bar, full bathroom and laundry room. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is surrounded by nature reserves, and is a short 8 minute walk to beach, town and nature trail. Park the car, kick off your shoes, enjoy the distant sound of the ocean, gentle breezes at night, song birds during the day, and watch your stress melt away in this sunny, lovingly cared for family home in beautiful Montauk!

Amazing home!
This home is truly incredible. It is absolutely stunning, spacious, and the postmodern architecture is beautiful. The home is surrounded by luscious foliage and each bedroom on the second floor has a personal balcony. Not only is the physical home amazing but it is also in a great location just an 8-minute walk from the beach. The host left the house fully stocked and she was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Whenever I had a question she was just a quick message away. This home and the host both are a 12 out of 10.
