Cozy beach cottage, hot tub, walk to the beach & love winter in Montauk.

Montauk in the off season can be very special. Good restaurants open weekends, no traffic, and lots to do! Well-furnished beach house with all the amenities in Hither Hills area. Walk 5 minutes to our private beach, or 15 min to town and bike to almost everything else. Gurneys is walkable also! House is cozy and clean yet bright and airy even on winter days. Leave the windows open and you can hear Owl’s hoot and the waves crashing on the beach. This house is a 3 bedroom, two bath cottage with tons of deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub and annual gardens. The maximum number of guests is 6. There is one king bed and two queens. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guest respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet. also respect❤️the house itself:))

Beautiful fall get away
A group of 6 friends and a new born baby came here for a fall weekend and had a beautiful time. Such a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Very close to the beach. Comfy beds. Gorgeous deck and hot tub. Smart TV. Large driveway. Absolutely beautiful!

Great location and love the private beach
We stayed for 6 nights in early August. The home is very comfortable and Julia was a great host, checking in on us often during the stay. We loved that the house comes with a parking pass to a private beach just down the road. You can drive all your beach gear down and keep it there the entire day. The house itself was clean and cozy and with a lot of outdoor amenities like a hot tub, outdoor shower and spacious front and back decks.

The location is just perfect ! The house is nice but unfortunately very tired: the furniture the appliances bed sheets and towels are old and not comfy When you pay 1500 usd per night you expect a higher standards

A great get-away
Our first time at Julia's comfy home! Just scoping out the area for rental purposes, and stayed at this clean, well maintained home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the deck was fabulous and gated (wonderful for dogs and toddlers). The backyard is small but accommodating and although it's Feb (with snow on the ground) you can tell it will be beautiful spring, summer and fall. Julia is easy to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely book again. We had 5 adults, baby and dog.

Perfect Place
The house was perfect - three bedrooms, a great deck, clean kitchen, great roof deck, and an amazing outdoor shower. Julia was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk to the quiet beach. Driving into town is easy and takes only a few minutes. Highly recommend Julia's house and would stay here again.

Great off-season beach trip
Beautiful house and location, and very responsive host! We had a great time. The beach down the street is super beautiful - the prettiest we saw all over Montauk. And the hike along the cliffs in Shadmoor State Park, which Julia recommended, was amazing, and even our four-year was captivated and didn't complain. Also the neighborhood cats that come by to visit on the porch were a huge hit with kids. Thanks again for everything, Julia!
